How much does membership cost, and what plans are available?

We offer three flexible membership plans, perfect for Singapore-based families, frequent travellers, and visitors exploring Singapore.
Annual Plan – 12-month commitment at $6,480,
Bi-Annual Plan – 6-month commitment at $3,900
Monthly Plan – 1-month commitment at $750

How many family members do my membership cover?

Your membership includes your entire immediate family, no matter how big your family grows! Whether it’s just one precious tot or a full soccer team, we’ve got your family covered.

Is membership sharing allowed?

Unfortunately, membership sharing is strictly prohibited as per Clause 8.3 of our Terms & Conditions.

KIDS SPACE Family Membership grants access exclusively to immediate family members of the Primary Member, including their Spouse, Children, Parents & Caregivers.

Can I get a tour of the Club?

Why not? Register your interest here or hit us up us at +65 8121 3726, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a special day at the Club for you and your family.

As a Comoclub and Kids21 member, do I automatically qualify as a KIDS SPACE Member?

We’d love to welcome you, but KIDS SPACE operates as a paid membership and is different from Comoclub and Kids21. However, as a Comoclubber, you can still earn and use your Comocredits here—so there’s always a little extra joy in store if you decide to join our Family Club Membership!

Are there any additional fees, such as registration or administrative costs?

No registration fees here!

GUEST ACCESS POLICIES
How many guests can I bring to the Club as a Member?

Annual and Bi-Annual Club Memberships offer unlimited guest entries per membership term, with daily limits based on space availability at the Club:

Annual Plan – Weekdays (Mon – Fri), Up to 6 guests. Weekends (Sat & Sun) & Public Holidays, up to 4 guests.
Bi-Annual Plan – Weekdays (Mon – Fri), Up to 4 guests. Weekends (Sat & Sun) & Public Holidays, up to 2 guests.
Monthly Plan – All Days, up to 2 guests.

KIDS SPACE Guest Policy

KIDS SPACE Guest Policy specifies that each guest quota may be used for either an adult or a child, but not both.

Can I purchase additional Guest Passes?

Additional guest passes are available at $45 per child (ages 12 and under), which covers accompanying adult(s) as well.

MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES,DOWNGRADES & PAYMENTS
Can I upgrade my membership plan?

Yes, absolutely! Membership Plan upgrades follow the respective rates:

Monthly to Annual Plan – $6,480

Monthly to Bi-Annual Plan – $3,900

Bi-Annual to Annual Plan – $3,240*

*Pro-rated fees are valid only on upgrades from Bi-Annual to Annual Plan.

Can I downgrade my membership plan?

Yes, but we’ll be so sad to see you less often.

Membership Plan downgrades follow the respective rates:

Annual to Bi-Annual Plan – $2,500

Monthly Plan – $750

Can I pause my membership and resume later?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer freeze or hold options on active memberships, as our Annual Plan already includes an extra month for added flexibility.

However, if your membership is up for renewal and you’d prefer to renew later, you’re always welcome to rejoin anytime within 12 months of your expiry date.

Can I switch to monthly payments when my membership is up for renewal instead of paying the annual fee upfront?

Yes!

You can opt for our Monthly Plan, priced at $750, with no long-term commitment required.

Can I use my $500 Refer-A-Friend vouchers to offset the cost of the new membership plan?

Yes, you may!

Can I use my $300 Renewal vouchers to offset the cost of the membership plan?

Yes, you may!

PAYMENT MODES AND REFUNDS
What are the payment options available?

We accept payments over the counter and online via Stripe for all major Credit/Debit Cards, as well as PayNow to our UEN: 202200528C.

Can I pay for my Membership in instalments?

Yes, absolutely! We offer flexible payment options for the following plans:

Annual Plan – Payment can be made as a single payment or in up to four (4) monthly instalments.

Bi-Annual Plan, Plan Upgrades from Bi-Annual to Annual Plan – Payment can be made as a single payment or in up to four (2) monthly instalments.

Can I get a refund if I terminate my membership early?

We’re sorry, but membership fees are non-refundable as stated in Clause 6.7 of our Membership Terms & Conditions.

Can I get a refund for a missed Class, Camp, Workshop, or Activity?

Refunds – We Get That Life Happens!

We know plans can change, and we want to keep things as smooth as possible. Here’s how refunds work at KIDS SPACE:

  • Missed Classes & No-Shows – If your little one doesn’t attend a booked class, camp, or workshop, their class credits will be forfeited, and refunds won’t be available.
  • Need to Cancel? – If your child can’t make it due to a medical reason, just send us a valid medical certificate, and we’ll process a refund – or you can keep a credit with us to book in to another session.
  • What if We Cancel? – If we ever must cancel a Camp or Activity, you’ll get a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another session.

Refund Timing: Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to reflect on your bank statement.

CLUB CLASSES & CREDITS
I'm not a member, but I’d love to book a class, can I?

Club classes are exclusively for KIDS SPACE Family Club members and their friends & family. However, you’re welcome to book a one-time taster class for $55.

For more options, keep an eye out for the money-symbol on our timetable—those classes are open to everyone!

You can also explore our COOK Classes, Workshops or Camps, which welcome all participants.

How many class credits come with each Membership Plan?

Each Membership Plan includes the following class credits:

  • Annual Plan – 48 Credits per Membership Term
  • Bi-Annual Plan – 24 Credits per Membership Term
  • Monthly Plan – 4 Credits per Month
Class Credits Validity

Class credits remain valid for the full Membership Term, which lasts thirteen (13) months—comprising twelve (12) months plus one (1) additional month.

Unused credits do not carry forward to subsequent Membership Renewal Terms. This applies to both purchased Class Packages and complimentary class credits issued as part of your membership.

What is the difference between Club Class Unlimited Package and Club Class Package?

The Unlimited Package is priced at $250 per child per month, providing unlimited access to Club Classes for a consistent and enriching experience.

The 12-Class Package is perfect for those who prefer a more flexible schedule, offering 12 classes for the price of 10—ideal for less frequent participation.

CAMPS
Do I need to be a member to sign up for CAMPS?

No membership required! Our CAMPS are open to both members and non-members. Ready to join the adventure? Sign up here

Are the CAMP themes suitable for all age groups?

Our CAMP themes are specially designed for children aged 4 to 8 years old, ensuring age-appropriate fun and learning. Simply pick the theme that best matches their interests!

What should my child bring for CAMP?

No need to guess! Once your registration & payment are complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a detailed packing list to get your lil’ camper all set for their upcoming adventure!

JUNGLE PLAUGROUP
What are the hours for Jungle Playgroup?

Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, excluding Public Holidays.

What is the minimum age to attend the Jungle Playgroup?

18 months, up to 3 years.

Can I book a trial session?

Absolutely! Parents can book a taster session to experience the activities and chat with our friendly curator(s). Book your session here.

Playgroup Fees

Pricing is based on the number of days per week:

  • 3 days per week – $80/day
  • 4 days per week – $75/day
  • 5 days per week – $70/day

These rates apply after the one-time registration fee.

What do the fees include?

Fees cover snacks & lunch (from our kitchen over at The Pantry), nappies, and wipes—we just ask parents to bring their own milk formula if needed.

Can my child attend Jungle Playgroup on random days each month?

To ensure your child feels at ease and thrives in our playgroup, we require a 3-month term commitment with a minimum of 3 days per week. Their chosen days must stay consistent throughout the term, helping them build familiarity, friendships, and a smooth routine!

Registration fees

Registration fee is $500.

However, if you’re a member of KIDS SPACE, you enjoy a fee waiver depending on your plan.

  • Annual Plan – 100% waiver
  • Bi-Annual & Monthly Plan – 50% waiver
